Terrible Experience at KFC Wynberg – Never Again!

I ordered a bucket of chicken from KFC Wynberg, expecting the usual crispy, fresh chicken KFC is known for. Instead, I received greasy, soggy, and poorly cooked chicken that tasted like it had been sitting out for hours.

To make things worse, the service was slow and disorganized. I had to wait far longer than expected, and when I finally got my order, the staff barely acknowledged me—no apology, no sense of urgency, nothing.

For a brand as big as KFC, this level of poor food quality and terrible service is completely unacceptable. If this is the standard at KFC Wynberg, I’ll be taking my money elsewhere. Do better!
