Terrible Experience at KFC Chris Hani Mall

I honestly don’t even know where to start. We got to KFC Chris Hani Mall at 21:27 and placed our order. About 10 minutes later, we were told we’d need to wait 13 minutes for the meat. Fair enough, we waited. But after more than 30 minutes, we went to check on our order only to be told the meat was still being made.

To make it worse, they had “lost” our receipt and asked us to remind them what we had ordered. When we asked how much longer we’d have to wait, the cashier told us we were being “dramatic.” By this time it was already 22:18 — nearly an hour later.

We then asked for a refund so we could just leave and get food elsewhere, but were told they couldn’t process it. The cashier even told her colleagues to let us leave and come fetch our food “the next day.” How is that even acceptable?

This experience left us feeling ****med, disrespected, and frustrated. We paid for a simple meal and instead got bad attitude from the cashier, wasted time, no food and no refund. I’m really disappointed in the service.
