Terrible experience at KFC

On Saturday the 17th of February 2018 I visited KFC Venda Plaza, Thohoyandou, Limpopo with my daughter. After we had lunch I proceeded to go and ask the keys for the toilet from Ms. Fholisani who was behind the counter. Ms. Fholisani then informed me to ask the keys for the toilet from the lady next to her. I did so. However no one responded by telling my if the toilets were out of order or if there was no water. The two ladies just spoke amongst themselves over the keys until I then had no choice but to leave.
