Terrible experience

Shocking service ! last night went to KFC and waited for 45 minutes for my order. Each time you go ask if the order is ready they will say the chicken is still in the oven for 45 min really!! My take on this bad service is lack of discipline and managerial s****s from the manager. One cashier who was taking orders and handing them out to customers. I was just utterly shocked as neither the manager or cashiers apologized for the delay. i hope this matter is taken seriously i know it takes time to cook chicken but not 45 minutes in a fast food joint.
