Terrible delivery service

I ordered a meal just after 5 pm, from Newlands West KFC and 2 hours later and still no delivery call twice was advised the order is on its ways, delivery time was said 45 to 50 minutes and its 2 hours later. I don't think it's fair that we should get cold food. We pay for the delivery service, and I expect this to be in order. U need to manage you delivery service properly. U over promise and under deliver. Which is unacceptable. Now my food will be cold n I don't know if anyone agrees but cold kfc that you warm is not nice. Convenience just became inconvenience, kids are hungry. So disappointed.
