Terrible customer service staff from twitter and via emails

If there was minus 0 , I would rate KFC that minus 0.

Placed an order online and the system confirmed that they will deliver to my address and went ahead and completed the placement of the order.

A few minutes later , the order is cancelled with a stupid reason that there aren't drivers available.

We drive to the bluedowns center and there are drivers there and delivering to other arears but mine with no reason.

It took the KFC twitter imbacile 4+ days to log a ticket and when they did they said it was about money not reversed and that was not the case.

I can't believe such stupid imbaciles exist in the customer service staff of a franchise that is world wide.
