Terrible customer service order 188 KFC Sandown Road

I went to KFC Sandown drive in Parklands , my cashier was Ongezwa who gave me change less R10 , she was called twice by her supervisor to come rectify ,she never came back her shift supervisor ended up giving me the change , my.order came she never asked which drink handed me coke. Whilst waiting for my order another lady came from drive thru to complain thru never gave her a drink , another guy was complaining that thru gave him coke , Phumeza shift supervisor was extremely rude to him , to my surprise I get home my meal has no chips, no ketchup or servittes , I call them ,she picks up the phone and hangs up when I told her who I was ... the service is really terrible.
