Terrible customer service from KFC

Hi, I placed an order on the 8th of July and did not receive the free piece of chicken as per whats on my receipt and the app. I have contacted the customer service on the app, who were of no assistance.

I also emailed customer service twice now and received no feedback.

I wouldn't regularly post about this on hello Peter but I can see that kfc really don't value customers, which is a matter of confirm.
