Terrible Customer Service

I placed an online order and when the driver came to deliver my wife went out to get the food and it was 4 rand short. She asked the driver to wait while she fetches the money inside and the driver refused and said " he will not wait for that and waste he's ****ing petrol" and left the money on the floor and left with the food. I called the call center to lodge a complaint and the driver just came back to drop off the food Which is totally unacceptable!!!
