Terrible customer service

I had a little issue at KFC vangate Mall, the lady that is cashier was so rude. We were standing in the queue to pay and I assume maybe it’s one of her friends came in and just paid in front of us and then left again, the was a colored guy in front of me that was paying with a card and apparently the was network issues when paying with a card , the cashier kept in complaining and saying nasty things and obviously the guy did not understand her because she was speaking in Isixhosa . When I can to the till the cashier Portia that’s her name made a comment “ I am tired of card payments now I will put something of accepting cash “ I answered her and said but we’ve card payments and not cash, she looked at me and said she was not talking to me, I’ve never felt so disrespected, what a terrible service and the was just one till working and it’s month end!! Till 28 and the lady’s name is portia
