Terrible customer service and Rude staff

It's unfortunate there isn't a zero rating I'm so so disappointed once again with the service received from KFC Busy Corner mall went to buy the 12 piece special last and as always queues are either long and we are either told they are offline or that the meat is finished and after placing my order I even asked the cashier I hope this time we won't have to wait for an hour for our orders about 45min later I asked one of the ladies to check is my order is ready and when she looked at my slip she said they have ran out of meat I then asked why was that never mentioned to us when placing an order so it can be up to a customer to decide if they buy and wait or leave and the other lady by the name of Sihle very very rude lady said I'm full of drama so when the manager called her she was still rude and talking Back and fourth with me infront of her manager and I asked if and when we as customers are unhappy we are not allowed to complain and management said you definitely allowed to complain mind you this is not the first time such an incident happened KFC you need to do better hire people that understand the meaning of customer service
