Terrible customer service and *****

I went on a drive thru last night and they told me that meet will take 15 to be ready and I agreed to wait with two more customers infront of me, after we had waited they served the customers in front of me and when is my time to be served they then told me to wait another 20 minutes taking into account that I had already waited 15 minutes before therefore they are very manipulative and ******, *****. Had they been truthful I would have perhaps opted for something else.
