Terrible customer service

I ordered 2 jalapeño wraps and 2 dunked wraps, I was delivered 3 sweet chilli wraps and 1 classic wrap. How do you read the order completely wrong. Explain to me how is this an uber eats problem if your staff packs the order. Terrible customer service and no assistance whatsoever!! Call the store no answer, head office goes directly and finally go through and I get no help.
