Terrible customer service.

KFC app is absolutely ridiand useless. The promos on the app are great but you can't use any of them. There are never stores in range even though you're surrounded by them then the app will mostly likely kick you before your order is confirmed. If your order does get confirmed you will be lucky to get your correct order delivered. Which I wasn't lucky enough to get. And then you report all the problems and get very little to no customer service. You get an auto reply when you lodge a complaint and get lucky if someone actually contacts you there after! All these big franchises happy to take people's money but struggle to give any decent customer service.
