TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

So a 24 hour trading KFC in kromboom (Rondebosch) cape town decides to give me the worst telephonic customer service I have ever experienced about 5 minutes ago, I called to find out if they are still open at abt 2:15 am and they confirmed 24 hr trading. Telling me they don't have food available and also they order on demand. I then try and order and the person that assisted me on the telephone is arguing with me regarding the pieces that I usually order whenever I buy kfc I cannot have at 2 am in the morning. Not only was I willing to take an Uber at 2 am for food as I had to take medication and needed to eat but I was willing no, hoping that I would atleast be faced with brilliant customer service as it is a new franchise and they clearly need the exposure and honestly positive feedback.

I am utterly disgusted with the service and never have I hung up on someone before as I work in a customer service environment but this morning I had no choice. A word of advice to the public when ordering food at KFC in kromboom, if the service is so bad on telephone please be prepared for the live version of what they assume to be customer service also if you can treat people the way they do while speaking to actual people on a telephone who's to say how you treat our food when we not around actually making our food.

SINCERELY YOU HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER AND I WILL CONTINUE TO UPDATE THIS REVIEW AND I WILL MAKE SURE MY FRIENDS, FAMILY AND COLLEAGUES HEAR ABT THIS AND ALSO ADVISE THEM TO USE ANY OTHER KFC BESIDE THE BRANCH IN Kromboom.
