Terrible customer Service

Absolutely disgusted with the service at KFC Goodwood. A simple answer from a cashier with attitude just because of asking for no ice in a drink really? I thought that it's about customer service and the customer being right. I would suggest you guys ups**** your workers on standard customer services.
