Terrible customer service

Hi there... I recently visited the lfc suncoast after watching at movie which finished about 11pm, my husband and i was hungry and went to get something to eat. So we get to the till, we place our order only to be rudely told that there isn't chicken and that they are closing. Couldn't she have told me before I placed my order, why couldn't she be more friendly? I did write to kfc itself the very same evening and till now i havent had a response which is appalling customer service! And this is the first time that has happened! Im disgusted with the level of service we get from people! Im hoping that after writing this i will get a response.
