TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

On the 5th March 2015, I sent an email to [Email Removed] regarding their poor service at the Stanger branch. I did not receive an apology or even an acknowledgment of my email to date hereof.<br> <br> In short summary of my complaint, on the 4th instant, I place an order telephonically for 2 zinger burger meals. 3 calls later, with approximately 20 minute intervals, the meal did not arrive. And when it did eventually, the drinks were completely wrong, the burgers were so dry that it looked almost a day old and the chips were terribly cold and soggy!<br> <br> I would not recommend KFC Hulett Street in Stanger to anyone. Their customer service is extremely poor and it seems that they are only interested in the money and not about treating their customers good :-)<br> <br> <br>
