TERRIBLE CHIPS - OLD OIL

This has not been the first time I experienced this...I have complained about the quality of the food at Plattekloof KFC a number of times but nothing gets done.I have complained to KFC Customer Care and nothings gets done and no response as promised.......

on 1 Nov 2017,I ordered a Family Treat and got the two packets of chips that I refused to eat.It was so dark and definitely old oil used as it smelt unusual.

I contacted KFC Customer Support and the Agent(in writing) assured me the Area Manager would contact me today....No one contacted me.This is not the first time this has happened...I have even previously written in complaints book and was promised by the Manager that The Owner will contact me...This never happened..I have complained a number of times about the quality and nothing gets done about it...Absolutely nothing....It seems that all KFC wants is our cash and not worried about the rest

What should I do????
