Terrible Attitude from Zanele and Gladys

The worst service ever. The staff has a terrible attitude. Especially Zanele at KFC Noord taxi Rank. She talks but with customers, gives them wrong ordered and gets irritated when the customer is deciding on a meal. Her Supervisor was even worse. Clearly very uneducated about customer service. And illiterate.
