Terrible attitude by staff:

I went to buy chicken with my kids yesterday at the KFC in Broadacres. I was issued a slip at 17:31:01pm. I waited and waited and waited and waited. I decided to go and sit in the car as the aircon was strong for my 11month old baby. I waited and waited even more. At around 17:50 I went in to find out how far the order was as I left my 10year old inside to wait. I was met with a terrible attitude and told that my order was waiting for wings. I waited again and at 18:00pm I decided this was now taking too long and I was about to cancel the order - Still the attitude was far from apologetic.

Let's say they had to make the wings from scratch - does it take all of 25 miuntes?

With the state of the economy I'm sure we all want to buy where we feel a level of appreciation. We are not mandated to spend our money where we deliberately get bad service.
