Terrible all round service food and beggers

Fist walk into the store and there are 2 beggars standing like bouncers on either side of the door asking for food and money from everyone that enters.<br> <br> Get to the front of the queue where I am asked for my order as I start saying my order the lady turns away and starts talking to another staff member. Once she finishes her other conversation she re-asks me for my order and I can pay.<br> <br> Upon driving home (2 min after getting my food) I started eating my chips they were cold and as if the were still raw almost crunchy. on the inside. Then the gravy sauce that comes with my pap -that I have come to enjoy- was completely watery as if they were running out of sauce and decided to put half water and half gravy so they wouldnt run out. <br> <br> This is not the first time this has happened there before.
