Terrible

Order no. 11274 was placed under the Braamfontein Branch on 14/02/24.

We gladly, patiently waited for the delivery, adress and contact details populated. But I'm extremely disappointed with the fact that the delivery came and expected my wife to leave the house and head out to the traffic lights instead of him stopping by where the adress suggested.

He then drove back with our order without notifying us, then the branch called to inform us that the order is canceled and the money would reflect back within 7 working days.

Why cancel the order whereas KFC can just find someone reliable and able to deliver as per customers request. When we called the Branch we were told that there's nothing they can do as the driver returned the order to them. We had to now re-order and await the refund.
