Terrible

KFC the crossing in Mahikeng. I waited 20 mins drive through pick up window for chicken. The manager on duty Mmalephoi said she would rather have a complaint than have left over chicken as leftovers are not allowed in KFC. When I arrived in the drive through window I was told it will be 7mins (reasonable time) when I got to the pay window I was told 4 mins to go. When I got to the pick up window... I was told I have to wait for chicken again... 11mins. I waited 20 mins for chicken. We get the chicken, there were no condiments, one packet had center breast and wing and cold chips? Really??
