Terrible

I paid for an am twister with hashbrown. What I got was a wrap with a hashbrown in it. No cheese, no egg. I expect a refund.<br> <br> I also had to wait over 15 minutes for my order. Other people in the store had been waiting even longer. The woman on the till was rude, nearly broke my card and ignored customers. She didn't once inform people that there was a delay or apologise or anything. <br> <br> Terrible terrible service.
