terribel service- waiting for order now

i made an online order with KFC Grayston in sandton, order made around 12:50 and till now 14:17 it hasnt arrived. I made an online payment meaning they already received payment for the order. I called and cant remember the name of the guy he said that he will arrange for the order to be sent as it shows delivered on his side. im still waiting. this is terrible service for the online team and kfc grayston.
