Teller does not listen to customer regarding fresh and hot chips

<p>I wish to make a complaint again KFC Bergbron. On Wednesday I went to KFC and ordered a large chip. I specifically told the cashier that I wanted fresh and hot chips. When I received the chips they were luke-warm. As a customer especially in these hard economic times. I am becoming increasingly frustrated when as a customer you specify want you want, as you pay and it costs money and then you just are expected to take sub-service. It is unlikely that I will be returning to KFC Bergbron.</p>
