****** Teller at KFC Melkbosstrand

The is a coloured lady (she has a long face, she is short, and she never wears her badge so I don't know what her name is but since this will be escalated to the KFC Branch Manager, he or she will know who I am talking about) that works for KFC in Melkbosstrand in Cape Town. I usually buy my meals in the evening after work (3 times a week, minimum). I have been observing her behaviour towards Caucasian, Coloured and African customers and how she interacts with her own African colleagues, and I can confirm that she is very ****** towards African customers and her African colleagues. She never used to work in front a lot, but I started noticing her in June 2025 till current. She is not welcoming to African customers, it's as if we irritate her when we come to buy, I am someone that likes to purchase from the till, she will ignore me and even when she finally decides to come and sell to me she will not smile, she will not ask what I want to order and she will not acknowledge the order that I just requested and she will look at the speed point to gesture for me to pay. I am raising this because she has behaved like this enough for me to articulate that she is ****** and that is how she behaves without fail to only one group of people in the KFC Melkbosstrand franchise (I have to consider that she is a human being and that she has her bad days, but in this case her ******, bad attitude is who she is). KFC is a brand that is bigger than her and one of its biggest marketing tools is "inclusivity". I will not allow to be treated like a 3rd class citizen in Africa, unfortunately for her she needs to live her bad attitude and ****** behaviour in the four corners of her house and remember that a customer no matter their skin colour should be treated well and given good customer service. Since she hates Africans then she should not be working in the front as the face of KFC and be kept at the back of the Kitchen when she can flourish at being a ******!
