Teack f*** manager to treat customers in a constructive way, some people are still interested in KFC

I used to buy KFC like more than 2 times per week, my special meal was streetwise 3 and I use to buy 2 to 3 streetwise 3 at the time...more than 8 per month, I use to buy at Mutale KFC I really loved that KFC. One day (16 February 2024) I went to Thohoyandou and bought 3 streetwise 3 an 3 ice cream...suddenly and unexpectedly they gave me 3 streetwise 2 instead of streetwise 3, I saw it when I was already 30 kilometers away because was focused on ice cream, I called customer service and explained the problem and they said they will call me back and indeed they called me back and asked me to visit where I bought the KFC (Thohoyandou next to game) to replace order for me. I visited on the 28th February and asked the manager to give me my order, she wasn't interested in replacing order for me she tried to contact her supervisor or whoever...but because they didn't answer the call she finally gave me my order (3 streetwise 3....1 for pap and 2 for chips) but she didn't close the container of gravy and the tried chicken she gave me was like a trash , i didn't even eat it I'm sure that wasn't prepared for a customer. That was my last time buying KFC.
