Taste of food not up to standard i know

On 12 June 2020 around 17:52 i went to KFC Meredale (Southgate, JHB, Gauteng) to buy the All In One Plus for R129. I was told i want available and was given All in One for R99. My complaint is not about the unavailability of what i wanted but the amount of chips i got, the mash and gravy was more like gravy and mash and the taste of the chicken itself. Its the second time i have had this experience at KFC since the Lockdown, i dont know if the spices are not the same or the chicken is not fresh but the chicken didnt taste like the KFC i know.

Can you try and keep the standard and taste of the food the same, i was so disappointed. Also i never got the survey code printed on the slip, im not sure if its no longer relevant anymore.
