Taste not ayoba?

We bought KFC a hour ago, Im not sure if it's the oil or the method they use to cook.... Tasted like paraffin. Im actually tired of this KFC. A week ago they decided to stop the Tuesday special...... When I questioned the staff they said they recieved mail this morning. When I questioned the manager to my suprise was told they get instructions from yum... Yet failed to provide proof that communication was sent to client.

Please improve, because this days we pay for better service. Secondly do not compromise your main product. We could have chosen other service providers but decided to use KFC. Because of the unique taste.

Hope my review will help KFC to do better, im not prepared to drive out of Soweto (protea Glen) to suburbs in order to have better service or product. As your market I deserve better. Kindly retain me as your customer.
