Taste guarantee a BLATANT LIE & PATHETIC

KFC spoiled a happy family moment by selling substandard chicken that tasted like reused oil. I informed Customer Care who according to the manager instructed them to ONLY issue an apology. I bought 21 pieces. In their "mercy they are willing to give me 10 pieces". LAUGHABLE!!!!!!!!! I didn't follow the T&C's she says - nothing on the slip except the taste guarantee
