Taking long to prepare orders

What a pathetic service from KFC ghandi square, spend almost the whole day waiting for my food to be prepared.. I've places two orders online @10am and went there to collect after 30min and my order was not ready, order number "thabo***" so I had to give them time and went out and came back after 30min then there was loadsheding and my order still not prepared,what a pathetic slow service. I had to go back again at 14:00 after loadsheding and now I was told to wait for two hours coz their stove is slow and it's not warm as yet..
