Take out ? What take out!

What a pathetic service - KFC Howick. A few weeks ago we went through the drive through, as we stopped we were met with an employee who advised us that due to the looting only actual chicken pieces were available - we thought ok.... perhaps there was still chaos on receiving stock as many businesses were experiencing during the week that followed after the looting took place. Anyhow, this past Sunday the 28th August we thought we would treat ourselves to take out once again - again we chose KFC. Making our way through the drive thru once again the intercom system was not working so we were met with an employee. We proceeded to make our order - Family treat with one mash & gravy and dunked wings on the side. Only to be told there are no wings and no buns ? we then tried to change the order to replace the snack burgers with mash & gravy and at least 1 extra piece of chicken nop this was not allowed. Then only to be told that actually there is no mash & Gravy or coleslaw. What the heck? so making our way to the actual window to try and make some type of order the lady suggest to us that why do we not order 2 x street wise 5 - because in actual fact there are no buns for any type of burger, no coleslaw and not mash & gravy not even regular pops or spicy pops. No beyond agitated with a number of vehicles lined up behind us we opted to rather travel all the way to Hilton to another local restaurant. If only the Owner actually knew how his business was being run and the amount of local support he/she is loosing. Perhaps a new Manager or purchase Manager would actually make a huge difference. Disgusted
