take customer care seriously

I'm a long time ***** of kfc but I see for the last 4/5 months the quality of the food has dropped... I buy kfc 5/6 times a month coz my wife loves kfc over any other chicken outlet but now cold food twice in 6 weeks &when u complain to customer care they want details of name .. store purchased.. & meal bought & never get back to you I told my wife I buy different chicken meals every week until she decides which satisfy her taste & change to another chicken take out coz kfc don't care about their loyal customers I won't go into detail about my purchase yesterday but just to let the public know how kfc chicken has dropped the good taste & service we enjoyed coz now staff is always changing & you don't see the friendly faces you are used to anyway kfc is not good enough anymore ***
