Tailor made service for black people

The service at kfc diepkloof square is appalling the employees seem to know nothing about the offerings of the franchise i found myself having to explain to the manager what i wanted and he too had a look of total befuddlement on his face ? and not only did i not get what i want but i waiting over 20mins for me food to get prepare all the while the sprite i order was poured into its cup and left there to lose all the soul it had leaving the dispenser.

Cut straight to the order getting to me and im given a stale drink that had no life whatsoever and the food isnt warm at all ????????????????????

This i feel is due to tailor made services for the different branches all the kfc’s in white affluent area’s will give you amazing service but the ones in black townships are left to fester because black people dont deserve good service
