Systems not reliable

I'm so disappointed in KFC system and the management at Mams Square I could not buy food because their system was offline, but the till was working they were accepting cash. When I talk about the system I don't mean the speedpoint. But the system they use to order why couldn't my order be taken manually.

Can KFC do something about because we can't rely on the system which is always offline.
