Super Hospitality at Greenfields

It is with such great pleasure to reflect on the hospitality received from one manager, Abongile at East London, Greenfields' KFC Branch.

Myself and my wife are going through a rough patch and it was evident that we were distressed while seating inside this KFC Branch. Abongile went out of his way to come and chat to us, finding out how we were doing and really being positive about life against all odds. He was also appreciative of the good company he is working for, something many employees take for granted. This gesture really planted a seed to appreciate the little at our disposal.

Just by his enlightening words, we left that branch with so much baggage loaded off our shoulders. His maturity and "Going Beyond Just Sales" is an unforgettable experience. We are still gobsmacked with such humanity and humility in these tough times. May God richly bless him in all his endeavors.
