Super Disappointed!

I went to purchase a toasted cheese and tomato and ended up getting an egg cheese and tomato which I really did not want! The bread was also stale which meant only taking a bite and throwing away as was really not pleasant to eat. I also asked to add an extra slice of cheese and was told the sandwich already comes with two slices which was really not the case!!!! Had I eaten at the outlet I definitely would've demanded a new sandwich but unfortunately had taken it to the office with me before I opened it up. Kindly ensure that your staff are better trained as I don't think I will be purchasing KFC for a while and will be letting all my friends and family know about my experience
