Such bad service at their Drive-thru

Bad service at drive thru. Spent a long time waiting in the drive through lane. Ordering machine not working for over a month now. You place order at payment window delaying the process. Process took too long we had to switch off car engines while waiting to get to the next window to collect. Unacceptable service.
