Stupid service

After waiting for 8 minutes at the KFC to get served, a certain guy walked in and he was attended to immediately. I asked that lady why she doesn't assist me first, she said the guy was on lunch. It was at 07:43. What the fack? I am also on my way to work. Apart from that, the lady was not doing anything before her boyfriend pitched and was prioritized. This was at KFC pumlani where I eat breakfast every morning. Well, I can confirm that KFC South Africa has lost a customer in me. I will not support business that prioritize family and friends.
