Stupid Ice cream cone

KFC kingsburgh, Winklespruit Durban. Never had issues with them for as long as I can remember. Until I had to buy the cheapest thing and simplest thing at KFC last month and it still bothers me till today cause it was so unnecessary.

So I got off my car and went inside just cause I was craving icecream and asked for an "Icecream cone" usually I would pay around d R6 for it... and I asked how much again incase it had gone up. The cashier says R10 🙄 and I'm like ohh ok, I didn't wanna argue and I paid and they gave me an icecream cone with a chocolate stick... and I asked the soft server who gave me the icecream "why does it have a chock stick"? She says u ordered it... and I'm like I ordered the simplest icecream cone and she asked the cashier to clarify... the Cashier whom if I remember her name was Zenzile, she with pride and arrogance said you said Icecream cone... and I'm now thinking I've been asking for an icecream cone all my life and been getting the same thing suddenly cause she's helping me I didn't call the correct name.

The way the service in DBN is so pathetic, I cannot stand it here. Do I really have to co,e to help Peter to complain about a silly Icecream cone which I was meant to pay r6 for and ended up paying R10 for an additional stupid chock stick that I threw away just because I was assisted by the most educated girl at KFC? And when I look at the menu, there's no Icecream cone anywhere but all the other people new what I meant when I was buying and she thinks it's the one with the stick, or am I missing something?
