streetwise feast

On the 3rd January, I bought streetwise feast as a take out. When I got I found out that they gave me four same pieces. It was four breasts, no drumstick, no wing. To add insult, this happened after I have waited for close to twenty minutes. This is happening frequently with the KFC outlets when it's busy period. On the 2nd of January in Vryheid I had to wait for more than five minutes, only to be told that the chicken will be ready in twenty minutes. The most reason I choose KFC is that their waiting time is less or it was less. With the first incident I feel cheated upon. Your staff need refresher training more regularly because it looks they care less about the value for our money.
