Streetwise 2 pap without gravey just mash

On the 25.03.2016 I bought 3 streetwise pap around 1 am. when i opened to check if the order is correct i found that they did not give me mash and gravy just mash. i asked the lady why she did not tell me before i made my transaction, she said she told me and offered me coleslaw. i dd no take the coleslaw. i was very disappointed after waiting 40 minutes on the drive through to get such poor service. The staff must be retrained not sell things they dont have or something that will take long to make without informing the customer about the inconvenience. This is the secon time this happened because i have bought coffee before but the teller dd not inform me that the coffee machine has to be cleaned. i had to wait 15 - 20 minutes to get my coffee
