Strange tasting chicken at KFC Cresta Mall

I wish to make a complaint against KFC Cresta. Last Thursday it was my first visit to this particular KFC branch. I am wasn't satisfied at all. My main reason is that the chicken that was used on my Colonel burger (order number 281) and the side breast piece of chicken from my Streetwise One Mash had a strange taste (whether it is some type of spice I don't know but it gave the chicken fillet and side breast a weird taste) I have regularly visited the KFC at Clearwater Mall and never had this experience. This was my first time at Cresta's new KFC and after this experience I am not too keen to try again
