Store closing 1 hour before time displayed, unprofessionalism & poor customer service

Visited the KFC Akasia on Saturday 16th July 2022, Manager didn't wanna let us in saying the shop is closed even though it said 21h00. We were at the door at 19h55. We waited there until she opened for us, ordered food at 20h10 and we were told to wait for 15min for meat as it was still being cooked. Some guy came, they just opened for him and he was served within 5min. When we questioned that we were shouted at. I feel the manager for that store lacks professionalism and customer service. I wonder if the owner knows that he is loosing 1 hour of sales everyday. A lot of people were turned back during the time we were in the store.
