Stop buying on the KFC application

I have recently made a purchase on the KFC application and found that they deducted three times the amount of the order. I ordered for delivery for a meal of about R102 and they deducted the R102 plus an extra R204 totaling the amount of R306. I tried to firstly go to the branch and they advised that they would follow up with the online team, it didn't happen so I went to contact the online team, they gave me a case number but never followed through. To this day it has been three weeks now. My advice stop using the KFC online card-payment. This happened after I used to regularly buy on the application for over a year, not knowing that such would one day happen to me.
