stone in my 19 month old child's Mash&Gravy

worst service, got my order wrong twice. but this I'm use to as I we always get bad attitude and sloppy service in Worcester, but this time I found a piece of stone in my child's mash&gravy. When will KFC step in and make this franchise owners responsible for poor service and hygiene? When my child choke end die on stones in their food!!<br>
