****** Phone at KFC Ben Fleur at Witbank by stuff member(s)

On the 29th December 2019 after purchasing a meal at KFC Ben Fleur Witbank, I mistakenly left my phone on the chair, it was around 21:00 and when I came back to check if my phone was still there the shop was closed. I called the phone several times during the night it was ringing all along.

I noticed the shop opens at 6 am, I went to the shop to inquire about the issue of a lost phone I was told by the same cashier who help us the previous day that He or any other stuff member did not see the phone when the shop was opened and at that moment the phone was no longer ringing when I called and was told that there a re no cameras in the shop. I wouldn't say it was a battery issue and the phone was off by then because the phone was fully charged before going to KFC that Sunday.

After three days (Wednesday) two gentlemen who were at the shop with us that day and time of the incident approached me and asked if I got my phone, I told them i did not receive my phone, they mention that they gave the phone to the cashier. I then went to KFC Ben Fleur with the two gentlemen as witnesses to inquire about the phone, the cashier whom was given the phone denies being given the phone by these two gentlemen and the only thing the manager had to say I should just track my phone.

KFC must look into this matter urgently otherwise their customers are at risk of losing their valuables.
