I ordered food online from KFC waited for 1 Hour as they prepared my Food.I called their customer care the 1st time and was told that the driver is at the store and will be on his way with my food.30 minutes later I called again and was told that my order was delivered. Delivered WHERE? They do not know...Up to date I am waiting for a SMS with my incident number as they will "investigate" whilst they investigate my kids went to bed Hunger, Money was deducted from my account and am told to wait 14 working days for a refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!KFC Your service is pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
